Simon Foster, aged 37, joined the board in November 2005.  Previously he was corporate development director of Peterhouse Group PLC, the quoted infrastructure services business, until its sale to Babcock International Group PLC in June 2004.He is a qualified solicitor and was previously a director of corporate finance at Andersen.
