Chris Lewis-Jones, aged 47, is a Chartered Accountant and joined the Board as Group Finance Director in November 2001 from Ernst & Young LLP, where he was an assistant director, corporate finance. In that capacity he had been actively involved in managing our acquisition support needs for over five years.
