David Jackson, aged 62, joined the Board in September 2005.  Previously he was the Executive Chairman of Peterhouse Group plc, the quoted infrastructure services business, until its sale to Babcock International Group plc in June 2004.  He is currently Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Eureka! The National Children’s Museum.
David is Chairman of the Nominations Committee and attends the Remuneration Committee in his capacity as Group Chairman.
