David Jackson, aged 61, joined the board in September 2005.  Previously he was the executive chairman of Peterhouse Group PLC, the quoted infrastructure services business, until its sale to Babcock International Group PLC in June 2004. He is currently a non-executive director of various private companies.
David is Chairman of the Nominations Committee and attends the Remuneration Committee in his capacity as Group Chairman.
