Redhall is a multi-disciplined engineering business offering design, manufacture, installation, maintenance and decommissioning services to the nuclear, oil & gas, defence, petrochemical and food process sectors.
The Redhall Group has three distinct brands: Redhall Engineering Solutions, Redhall Nuclear and Redhall Manufacturing, the latter of which encompasses Booth Industries, Jordan Manufacturing and R Blackett Charlton. This has allowed the Group to expand its offering in current markets, as well as establishing and taking advantage of new opportunities. It also helps drive forward efficiencies through load sharing between sites and increased inter company working.

Manufacturing encompasses the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke specialist plant and equipment - typically in the nuclear, defence, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and food sectors. The division has particular expertise in the design and manufacture of high integrity fire and blast resistant doors, window and wall systems. |

Engineering comprises activities in industrial processes including oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and food which includes design, project management and execution of on-site works through qualified and experienced engineers and trades personnel. Activities include mechanical design and construction, storage tank services, plant modifications and upgrades, repair and maintenance, shutdown services and offsite services. |

Nuclear comprises activities in both the civil and defence sectors and includes design, project management and execution of on-site works by qualified and experienced engineers and trades personnel. Activities in the civil sector include decommissioning and waste management, support to operating nuclear power stations, and nuclear new build. Other work undertaken in the defence sector encompass projects on behalf of the Ministry of Defence and include the marine outfitting of Astute class submarines at Barrow, West Cumbria, and the design and manufacture of specialist equipment along with mechanical and electrical engineering work for the AWE establishments at Aldermaston and Burghfield. |

David Jackson - Chairman |
| David Jackson joined the Redhall Board in September 2005. He was previously the Executive Chairman of Peterhouse Group plc, the quoted infrastructure services business, until its sale to Babcock International Group plc in June 2004. He was previously Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Eureka! The National Children’s Museum. David is also Chairman of the Nominations Committee and Group Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. | |

Richard Shuttleworth - Chief Executive |
| Richard Shuttleworth became CEO on the 1st September 2012. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor and was for many years employed by AMEC plc culminating in holding the position of Group Commercial Director. Latterly, he has been Managing Director of the UK businesses of Cape plc and Harsco Infrastructure. | |

Chris Lewis-Jones - Interim Group Finance Director |
| Chris Lewis-Jones is a Chartered Accountant and joined the Board as Group Finance Director in November 2001 from Ernst & Young LLP, where he was an Assistant Director, Corporate Finance. In that capacity he had been actively involved in managing our acquisition support needs for over five years. Having served on the board for 7 years, he stepped down in August 2008 and has subsequently been reappointed with effect from September 2012. |

Philip Brierley – Group Commercial Director |
| Philip Brierley joined the Board in September 2012. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He has had a 30 year career in the construction industry during which the roles he has held include the Managing Director of Construction for Peterhouse Group plc, the Chief Executive of Propencity Group plc and a Director of ISG plc. | |

Paul Kirk - Non-Executive Deputy Chairman |
| Paul Kirk joined the Board in January 2007. He graduated from Birmingham University in 1974 with an honours degree in Engineering Production and then completed a one-year post graduate course in engineering at Cambridge University. He has held senior executive director roles in both the motor and rail industries and was previously a member of CBI’s Manufacturing Council, and is a past Chairman of the Railway Forum. He is currently Chairman of the National Rail Contractors Group and holds a small portfolio of Non-Executive Directorships, including the Rail Safety & Standards Board. Paul is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nominations Committee. | |

Jim Carrick - Non-Executive Director |
| Jim Carrick joined the Board in October 2010. Previously he spent seven years as the Regional Executive for the UK and Europe for Washington Group International (latterly URS Corporation) operating in the energy, defence, infrastructure and nuclear waste management sectors. Prior to that, he had a distinguished career of 24 years with ICI Plc, latterly as the Vice President for manufacturing and engineering for ICI’s operations worldwide. He holds a Doctorate in Engineering from the University of Glasgow and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chemical Engineers. Jim is a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nominations Committees. | |

Phillip Hilling - Non-Executive Director |
| Phillip Hilling joined the Board in October 2011. He is a Chartered Accountant and qualified with Ernst & Young LLP, where he spent 25 years as an Audit Partner until his retirement from the firm in 2010. He held a number of senior roles within the firm and was Managing Partner of the Yorkshire Office for 14 years. He has been a Director of Compass, a national charity, since March 2010 and currently serves as the Chairman of its audit committee. He is also a member of the Audit and Risk Committee at the University of Leeds. Phillip is Chairman of the Audit Committee and is a member of the Remuneration and Nominations Committees. | |

Andrew Smith - Managing Director, Redhall Engineering |
| Andrew Smith joined the Redhall Group in 2003. He started his career in the water industry, initially in design and engineering roles before he moved into project management and contract management positions. Andrew has worked on overseas projects, including five years in South Africa, where he carried out the M&E construction of, what was at the time, the world’s largest single stream water treatment plant. On returning to the UK, Andrew worked in the oil, gas and defence sectors before moving into the food and beverage industry, with a role on the Board of an engineering contractor carrying out work in the UK and overseas. | |

Helen Simms - Managing Director, Redhall Nuclear |
| Prior to joining the Group as Managing Director of Redhall Nuclear in November 2010, Helen Simms had enjoyed a successful career with AMEC, culminating in her role as the Nuclear Services Business Unit Director. She spent the previous 16 years of her career in the nuclear business here in the UK. As a Chartered Mechanical Engineer, Helen has specialised in working with engineering companies, where her key strength has been transforming and growing business resources, to support the deliverables of all stakeholders in terms of business, quality, programme and budget. | |

John Hynes - Managing Director, Redhall Manufacturing |
| Prior to joining the Group at the end of October 2012, John worked for Harsco Infrastructure where he held a number of senior positions including Managing Director UK and Channel Islands. He has been European Chief Operating officer for Symmetry Medical Inc. and held a number of director positions with Rolls-Royce PLC as well as holding senior positions in Land Rover & Jaguar, Ford and BMW. John graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Warwick University and attended Fords Lean Manufacturing Academy in Liverpool. His industrial experience includes Construction Infrastructure and Services, Medical, Automotive, Aerospace and Telecommunications. | |

Laura Houghton – Group SHEQ Manager, Redhall Group plc |
| Laura Houghton joined Redhall in 2009 as the Group SHEQ Manager. She has over ten years environmental and health and safety experience. Laura initially attained her industrial experience within the construction and engineering industries. She went on to gain experience of a range of projects working as a consultant for businesses within a wider range of industries. |

Rob Sharpe – Group IT Manager, Redhall Group plc |
| Rob Sharpe is the Group IT Manager and joined Redhall in 2009. He has over twenty years experience in IT. Rob gained much of his experience initially in DBS Financial Management and through running his own IT consultancy business. |
